English speaking and vegan options! - Edit
We called in as a group for lunch, with 5 kids.
Read moreRestaurant staff were able to speak English to reassurance us on ingredients.
We ordered salads with a selection of chips, falafels, bread and hummus.
Portions are generous and the food was very tasty.

The food was really good, I had the vegetarian plate and asked for some replacements to make the food vegan, the waiter was really nice, service was quick and the food was delicious. The waiter even offered some water to the small dog we came in with, which was much appreciated ! Recommend and will come back next time I’m in town😄

I used to go there with my husband at least twice a month. But the cheffin suddenly was very hard upon one of the staff in front of us and that I can't tolerate at all ! I think they must have noticed that we never came back since then. And I also don't like that they made a sort of vegetarian restaurant on the other side of the street. We went there once and it wasn't extraordinary. I think they heard that Club Dinette some meters away was going to close at the end of 2024. But if they wan't to do something good - they have to make some effort !

Amazing vegan mezze - Edit
If you’re coming through Cherbourg and heading for the ferry, I HIGHLY recommend getting a vegan mezze from Le Comptoir Libanais! It’s advertised as “vegetarian” so make sure to ask for it vegan (one dish has butter otherwise). We got the mezze for 2 ppl got 8 incredible dishes which we had to take away to have on the ferry. It was delicious.

Whilst this restaurant does not advertise vegan options, as a Lebanese restaurant there are options. I enjoyed the food, very tasty and filling and the portions were good . Staff very friendly. Highly recommended for vegans and vegetarians looking for veg food in Cherbourg.
