Super tasty falafel bowl - Edit
It's not that straight forward to find a healthy vegan meal in Québec City and so glad we found this on Happy cow and decided to go here. I got the cauliflower and falafel bowl which was one of the few options on the menu, it was so tasty! I would go back there again for that bowl. It came with loads of veggies and the falafel were out of this world, really nicely seasoned. So delicious. The salad came with a curry mayonaise which I'm sure wasn't vegan but it was only a small amount and otherwise the bowl was going to be too dry as I already left the feta out.

Best breakfast I found in Quebec City (decent lunch too) - Edit
I struggled to find a breakfast option in Quebec City until I came here. I don’t eat vegan “meats” or “eggs,” so I ordered the avocado toast (without egg). It was perfectly fine and came with breakfast potatoes.
Read moreI came back every morning during my visit because it was a “good enough” breakfast and I couldn’t find any other options.
I also had lunch there one day and ordered the Cauliflower and Oat Falafel bowl with no cheese to sauce. It was a decent lunch. I’ve attached a photo.

Le Cochon Dingue - Edit
If you stay in Quebec for a few days you’ll see that vegan breakfast is basically non-existent (other than Don Vegan which is 10/10 but opens late and only offers brunch on the weekends). Le Cochon has a nice vegan sandwich and an oatmeal that saved me and my partner when we needed early morning breakfasts.

Decent dinner - Edit
Like the atmosphere inside, vegetarian items were clearly marked. Ordered the tofu poké bowl which was okay, vegan without the vinaigrette according to server. Be sure to ask about vegan modifications. Also had a great cocktail selection. Overall, would go back again, but wouldn’t rush back.

Cons: Not a ton of variety, A bit loud inside
