Yummy vegan options, quite expensive - Edit
I really like their hummus or aubergine wrap, it’s fresh and yummy with the french fries and fresh vegetables and some kind of pickled cabbage or so. Customizing, in my case no garlic, has never been a problem. It’s definitely not cheap, but I guess a quite healthy quick food (I‘m usually in and out within 5 minutes, even with lots of people very quick), the staff behind the cashier are usually unfriendly, but the guys preparing the food are always super sweet. Multiple locations within the city. Overall I can recommend it.

Finally some tasty vegan options in Bulgaria! - Edit
Going out of my mind here. A few places seem to have added vegan options in 2023, but they’re always the same - a vegan burger or pasta. Last night I ordered guacamole as I was at a restaurant chosen by friends I was visiting and it was the only vegan thing on the menu. Except for the fact when it turned up it had.. milk in it!!

So at the mall I didn’t have high hopes until I passed this little place.
A simple “sándwich” page which is basically wraps with a choice of fillings. Not one not two - hummus and potato options, plus extras such as jalapeños. It’s often hard to find spice here despite being close to the Middle East.
They tasted great and a pretty good price.
Ask for the English menu if you need it as the signs are only in Bulgarian.
