Serving staf kind and open minded - Edit
The menu, written in both French and English (a rarity), includes a vegetarian dish by default. The staff went to the kitchen to specifically ask about the possibility of modifying an ingredient to make a dish suitable for my vegan diet. I'd also like to add that the modification did not alter the presentation of the dish, and the taste was really good: soy strips served in a terrine with a similar sweet potato purée. A good sign for French cuisine, which is opening up to the possibility of catering to all customers. Always the staff went out of their way to ensure that my pregnant wife could safely eat her meat dish.

No dessert, but vegan options are great - Edit
I was fortunate, because one of the main courses was vegan.

Pros: Just delicious, Beautiful, Quality of the dishes
Cons: No vegan dessert, Main course may not be vegan, ask before, 33 euros with no dessert seems a bit expensive

Some vegetarian and vegan options - Edit
There is about 7 vegetarian options (including three omelette and one cheese on toast option) and maybe 1 or 2 vegan. We both had the vegetable crumble which was sautéed veg flavoured with herbs and a nutty crumble on top. Served with bread. Quite nice but 13 euros was quite alot for the amount we were given. They do have a set vegetarian menu but watch out as one of the starters is actually snails!

Veggie in Blois - Edit
Lots of omelette options for veggos. As vegan i had veggie plate that was veggies, legumes, but also had some goat cheese in it. After 3 weeks in France, this was a good option!

Great food - Edit
There is a dedicated vegetarian set menu at 20€ ph, and it is very good indeed. It is a rare chance to eat in a real authentic French restaurant with the locals, and eat very well. They might not speak English, or perhaps they were just very polite about my attempts at French, in any case the service is very good. We (2) started with soup and an excellent sort of toast with veggie topping; omelette with choice of fillings, a cereal mock-steak and then a 5 cheese platter (spectacular, but who knows if any contained rennet, perhaps not, but ask if concerned) and a soft cheese and honey dessert.
