We needed a vegan breakfast for our first morning in Toulouse having arrived after midnight. No vegan places were open this early on a Monday so we headed to cafe cerise. The staff were lovely. We were seated upstairs with a view of the river. The vegan options were limited but we had a lovely breakfast of the granola bowl and coffee and he had a smoothie too. Tap water is served which is always welcome. We had a lovely walk along the river afterwards. Good toilet. Popular spot.

Avocado toasts and cookies - Edit
The small café offers several vegan cookies and vegan avocado toasts (which did lack salt and were somewhat bland). The staff is friendly, the service fast and we enjoyed the overall vibe of the place. Somewhat pricy.

solid (though limited) vegan options! - Edit
the avocado toast was very good (although lacked salt) and they offer plant based milks! also offer some vegan baked goods that i didn’t try. staff is very accommodating to vegans and speak english well. overall a great little cafe with an excellent vibe!
