Not acceptable

I gave it two stars because the food was good and tasty, especially the falafels.

But the place deserved 1 star for unacceptable behaviour. I ordered the Vegetarian Avocado toast, and they brought me the Avocado toast with Salmon. Here, mistakes can happen, so I just asked to change the plate into the vegetarian. And the waiter came back one minute after with the same toast from which they just removed the salmon by hand. Now, I ate that toast because I didn't want to open a discussion, but for people who care a lot about contamination and stuff, this behavior was unacceptable.
