Wonderful gem

Micro brewery and restaurant. Ingredients is sourced locally. Vegan options were interesting and delicious. All served with a smile and cheerful banter. Discovered this place 7 years ago very happy to see it still there.

Would give 5* if I could

Le Bec is probably the best place in Morzine for food innovation with an exciting menu, particularly for vegans. I had the vegan burger which was delicious - vwg mixed with beetroot, seeds & other flavours. Excellent home brewed beer too - especially the raspberry sour.

Pros: Decent vegan options, Great beer, Tasty food

The best vegan place I found in Morzine!

Being a vegan and visiting Morzine is very difficult. This was by far the best place with around 5 vegan dishes to pick from. Other than this the supermarket is your friend! The slopes only have traditional French food.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Great drinks (Kombucha)

Cons: I guess could all be vegan

My favourite place in morzine

As usual, cant get 5 stars as the menu is predominantly meat based. Doubt if a vegan eatery would survive in morzine (yet).
Anyhow. Has a few vegan items on the menu and several vegetarian ones. Be aware to say that you want the vegan version. Their main plus point is that the pub is a brewery with a good choice of beers that change regularly. Don't miss visiting for the beer alone.

Pros: Some vegan options , Fantastic beers brewed on premises , Very helpful friendly staff

Cons: Still serves meat, Book ahead if eating. Very busy

A delicious hidden gem!

Friendly staff and clearly labelled menu, vegan options with all of the taste! Be sure to try the battered pickles - they were amazing! A little expensive but nothing over the top for the area and well worth it in my opinion.

Pros: Clearly marked vegan options, Delicious food, Generous portions

Cons: A little pricey, but worth it!

Delicious gluten free & vegan foof

They knew their stuff re gluten free, had a menu with stuff marked. We had the small dish roasted cauliflower with seeds and nuts, so delicious and plenty big enough for dinner - post mountain biking all day! My partner had the craft beer which was amazing apparently! I had cider. All in all very impressed thanks! Not too badly priced either compared to other places in the area.

Vegan English/Scottish pub food

An English (or Scottish?) pub in Morzine that offers many vegan options. It has a typical pub vibe with an English staff and prodominantly English clientele. Le Bec Jaune is not directly accessible from the ski-pistes, so we went here for a quick dinner on the way back home from Avoriaz, which was about 20-30 minutes by car.

Although the menu is no longer clearly marked with veg*n options, there is an allergen list provided and the staff is also able to help. I can recommend the Bec Bean Burger - very filling and with a delicious vegan mayonnaise!

Great meal

We had dinner, family of five and this is by far the most exiting meal we have had in Les Gets and Morzine. We could mostly stay away from cheese and cream, which is extremely hard in this area, few restaurants offer vegan choices. The food itself was tasty and the menu offered a few choices. The staff was also friendly and helpful. We had a great time dining !

Many vegan options

France is a tough place to be vegan and after a week of bread and salads Le Bec Jaune was a fabulous find. Menu is mostly vegan and vegetarian with international food. The chickpea "tofu" was great, as was pulled eggplant burger and the chilli. They had vegan sticky toffee pudding with vegan ice cream but didn't try it. Service very friendly and nice atmosphere. Would love to go back and work my way through the menu :)

Pros: International food a break from usual French fare, Creative dishes at reasonable price , God service

Cons: Outside can be noisy and smoky , Large inside space
