Der Inhaber ist super nett, spricht sehr gut Englisch und weiß was vegan bedeutet. Vegetarische Gerichte sind auf der Karte gekennzeichnet und es gibt ein Gericht, das auf Nachfrage auch vegan zubereitet werden kann. Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt und die Portionen waren auf jeden Fall ausreichend.

The staff knows what vegan is (not common in Corsica). They offer one vegan main dish — thai style which is delicious.

Very friendly owner who knows about vegan food and makes suggestions on how to adjust a certain dish to make it vegan, and also adjusts the price accordingly.

I had stir-fried vegetables with rice and fresh herbs. My wife asked about pasta with tomato sauce, witch they were happy to make for her.
As side dish I asked for French fries with tomato sauce, both are homemade!
It all tastes good and the prices are reasonable.
Finally a restaurant without veal or foie gras on the menu! A rarity here!
There are a few vegetarian dishes on the menu.
