This restaurant has vegan options labeled. We loved the bread with scrambled tofu, chickpeas and black beans. The bowl tasted good but it was not enough food for the price. Staff was very nice and the atmosphere on the rooftop was great. Water was free

Layback rooftop is a very cute and cozy location offering lots of vegan and vegetarian options. My personal favorite are the cauliflower bites!!
