Undeclared, improvised

This is no more vegan friendly than any other place: Their vegan options are not declared and based on altering existing menus. That doesn't deserve the best possible rating (four stars) for non-vegetarian restaurants.

Limited choices, but what they have is really good

Eating vegan in Switzerland is not easy, the choice is usually quite limited and uninspired. While there are not a lot of vegan options, what they have are fresh, tasty, and good value. So nice to have something besides a boring salad or pasta with red sauce.
