I went here on a Saturday for lunch. As of May 2016 the regular lunch of the day is 9000 pesos. There's also a slightly more expensive lunch that comes with a juice of your choice and an extra piece of food, like an empanada. The day I went they had soup and the main plate with three items plus an apple juice drink and an unrecognizable dessert. The food was quite good and I would definitely return if in this neighborhood.

One of my favorite places in Manizales! Laurel does a standard menu del día, but a more flavorful, innovative version. Yummy coconut desserts too.
