Amazing vegan options in steamboat! - Edit
Delicious! One of the best meals we have had in a long time. Staff is super knowledgeable about what can be made vegan and they have off menu vegan entrees. Highly recommend!

Vegan Tapas! - Edit
This restaurant was very accommodating for one vegan and one non-vegan. We ordered some vegan plates to share and some vegan and non-vegan plates to hoard. It all was delicious. I ordered their infusion cocktail of the day and it was AWESOME. Make sure you ask about it when you go. The building and interior are cozy and historic.

With 1 vegan, 1 vegetarian, and 1 omnivore, we had three very satisfied people after our dinner. Hosts were extremely accommodating, putting non vegan items (cheese, fried onion, bacon) on the side so that most dishes could be shared by all. Really great cocktails, and outstanding service. Love this place.

Exceptional meal, six stars if I could - Edit
My wife and I are Oil Free Vegans, not the easiest people to cook for. Provided the restaurant a couple hour notice before our arrival to both confirm they could accommodate us and give them some time to prepare for such a esoteric diet. The Chef (Nick Wenden), did an EXCEPTIONAL job. Truly one of the best Vegan meals I've had in the last year. Just spent a week in NYC and dined at some very well known Vegan establishments; the meal we had at The Laundry was far superior to anything we sampled in NYC.
