Take-out
A tiny fully vegan sandwich shop and mini market where everything is made by Chef Lauren who is an adamant vegan for the animals. Offers sandwiches, gluten free mac 'n cheese, linzer cookies (and some other baked goods), a small, curated collection of vegan market items and hot or iced coffee. Is partnered with Laughing Man Cafe next door (is not vegan). Is mainly take out but there is a casual seating area outside. Reported closed July 2022.

The tofu caprese is amazing
The lil mini linzer tarts are amazing
She keeps a steady (small) menu of lunch foods, and she bakes something new every day
Pros: Fresh and delicious , Small, woman-owned business, 100% vegan

A Neighborhood Gem! - Edit
Chef Lauren’s creations are so tasty you will want them regardless of your vegan (or not) status! I just had her freshly baked vegan quiche, Philly cheesesteak, and portobello-mushroom panini—all delicious. Her special Linzer tarts are also highly recommended, as is her pink matcha latte, a festive-looking beverage with no added sugar.

Great Food -Must Go - Edit
Chef Lauren made the Eggplant and Hummus but also made a custom sandwich because they had sold out of our first choice. Both sandwiches were amazing, for such a small space it is amazing what she gets done back there. Also had a Linzer cookies for a sweet finish. Can’t wait to come back, it also has some grocery items to grab for the way home

Could not have been happier with our meal. Chef Lauren went out of her way to accommodate our daughter’s nut allergies. Sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients with unique taste combinations that were absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to return next time we are in the city to try other options. Get there early as she sells out. The baked goods were a sweet finish.

Best service - Edit
Went here for lunch today and asked for gf options. The lady working there was so nice and so helpful. They’re still in early stages but in the future the menu will include such mouth watering options, and in the meanwhile she made me and my friend an on the spot option that was amazing. I’m so happy that there are these kinda of vegan shops available with healthy food and knowledgeable friendly staff.

Great Vegan Sanwiches - Edit
Great little vegan sandwich spot. Everything I had was delicious (I had the sweet potato and kale sandwich, which was the perfect amount of filling for lunch and mini linzer tart cookies). I’m going to have to come back and try everything. I was told the mac and cheese (which is no longer on the menu) is being replaced with a pasta salad that i can’t wait to taste when it’s available. They also have a small selection of vegan grocery items. The owner was super sweet as well.

Excellent food! Five stars! - Edit
My husband and I had lunch here today and were totally happy with our sandwiches (I had sweet potato and kale, he had portobello mushroom panini). Delicious enough to turn anyone into a vegan! All created and served gracefully by a talented young woman named Lauren.
