An amazing dining experience - Edit
My sister and I stopped here on our one night driving through Asheville. So happy we caught Laughing Seed before they closed! This was such a great experience all around - there was a street performer playing chill music across the sidewalk, our server was AMAZING (Travis? We feel bad we don’t remember his name), the patio was cozy and cute, and - of course - the food was great! We had the crispy brussels and jalapeño fries to start at our server’s recommendation, then I had the taco salad-ish bowl and my sister had the risotto. We also had great local (brewery was only two streets over!). Even being vegan with a cashew allergy, there was a ton for me to eat (all their vegan cheeze is cashew based, but our server was an expert on ingredients and swaps). Highly recommend.

Flavorful and fast - Edit
Stopped here on a road trip and was impressed with how quickly everything came out while still being delicious and beautiful. Service was great. No complaints! Glad we found this little place to stop on our way. Recommend the nearby parking garage. The elevator brings you out right at their front door.

The sweet potato is thinly shaved and marinated before cooking to create the most amazing vegan Rueben we’ve ever had. The oyster mushroom polenta cake was excellent. Fresh corn tacos delivered the fried cauliflower with Buffalo sauce perfectly to my mouth. Yummmmm

Stopped here for a late lunch since it was highly recommended. Husband has an onion allergy and after our servers multiple trips to the kitchen, found out he could not eat one thing on the menu except french fries.:(

The staff was exceptionally friendly. I had my pup with me and we sat on the patio which had some heaters (it was a little chilly) which made it very comfortable. They even brought my pup a water bowl! I will be going back next time I’m in Asheville

We were thrilled to eat here. It was better than we had hoped for: innovative vegan cuisine, so many vegan choices, inviting options for our non-vegan dining companion. It was a different, unique dining experience.

Cute place with great food and great vibe. On a girl's trip with my Purdue girlfriends and I am the only vegan. EVERYBODY loved their meal. We ordered Brussels Sprouts and Oyster Mushroom Grit Cake for appetizers--DELISH. Everyone ordered something different and we were going to "share", but everyone loved their meal so much, only bites were given. Jordan was a very knowledgable server and vegan herself (a walking advertisement of health).

I got takeout here and it was good not great. I got the reuben with the sweet potato and I wish I had gotten it with tempeh instead; I found the sweet potato to be too crunchy?? I also got a lavender choco chip cookie that was a little too well done for me. I would still go back to this place for the other options!

So good we came here twice on a 4-day trip. Fresh and delicious with so much to choose from. The atmosphere was great and the service was fast and friendly. Good desserts too-we had the vegan carrot cake and berry cheesecake.

So good, you’ve gotta come here. So many options we came twice! Service was great too (our server was Jordan!). The outdoor patio was lovely and dog friendly. It’s a little pricey but totally worth it with flavor and portion sizes. We’re vegans with big appetites and both took to go boxes!

I had the curry and my partner had the veggie burger with a the kimchi ramen. We also split the jalapeño and onion fries. I thought the curry was pretty good (I honestly wish it was a bit spicier). The veggie burger was like 100% on of the best veggie burgers I’ve ever had! The kimchi ramen was just okay, and same with the fries. I thought the service was great.

We stopped here on our way home from a weekend in the mountains, with one of our dogs. We were seated outside and they even provided a bowl of water for our dog!
Read moreThe service and food were fabulous! It's been a while between stopping there and this review, so I don't remember everything, but we had the roasted brussel sprouts and even my non-vegan husband loved them. I had the barbecue sandwich with jackfruit and it was delicious!
This was the best restaurant food I have experienced since changing to vegan and I really wish we had something like this locally. We'll be back!

The Harmony Bowl was just what we needed after a few days of pretty unhealthy vegan options. Not the cheapest meal but the portions were huge so easily enough for three meals between the two of us. Nice to have some vegetables steamed instead of fried😄

This is a wonderful place with outside seating. Lots to choose from on the menu and good service. Spicy kombucha was perfect for this spice wimp. Not spicy at all — just delicious!
