Beyond Burger options - Edit
I actually really like this place even though there aren’t many vegan options. They do offer Beyond Burger patties but you have to do lots of modifying. I got the Beyond with arugula and Colorado Cherry preserves which was super tasty. The server checked on the bun which wasn’t vegan but improvised and made a toast bun for me. I appreciated his enthusiasm and willingness to help. Several local beers to choose from too.

Read moreFirst of all it's an hotel restaurant, with huge tv screens and a lame vibe. Secondly, it is insanely expensive for the kind/amount of food you get.
We ordered the beyond meat burgers on greens (there's a build your burger option but none of their buns are vegan 🤷🏽♀️). They were actually beyond meat patties, not burgers, flattened to look bigger and over cooked. They were not on greens, just had a sprinkle of arugula (for 1 extra $) and a literal spoonful of mushrooms (for 2 extra $). I also had ordered mustard and got ketchup.
They had a corn on the cob option, which turned out to be a quarter of a cob.
For this we got an insane bill. Avoid this place!
Pros: You can play pinball for free
Cons: Hugely overpriced. Food poorly executed., Very small portion. Not much for vegans

Lovely staff - Edit
This restaurant has the most wonderful staff. I brought my water bottle in and immediately I was offered a refill. Perfect. Then our server was gushing with warmth and wanted to do everything to make sure we had a nice visit. The beyond burger is part of a build your own burger and it was lovely. Could have been a bit heat hotter, not sure if it was sat out waiting for a while. Anyway, it was delicious. Each topping is a $1 extra depending on what you get. Which is a bit pricy for the serving size. All in all I would come back here and would ask for the food to be served hotter.
