Spectacular! - Edit
Lassala is the younger sister or brother of the restaurant Botànic of head chef Andrés Benítez. As they state it was born with the vocation of becoming the restaurant with the best salad menu and I can testify that both, the Latin and the Lebanese, were absolutely fantastic, fusing condiments and fresh ingredients in a very creative way. I also tried the artichokes which were masterfully prepared - only the pickled minced vegetables on top were a bit on the salty side for my taste. For dessert, the marinated melon was a perfect finish with its unexpected flavour combination.
