Owner confirmed that rice and beans are vegan. Got vegan tacos with fajita veggies. Super tasty! Green salsa is not vegan but the red salsa is.

The options are good, the staff friendly. Speaking Spanish helped. the two enchiladas options on the menu can be veganised. We specified no milk egg dairy meat cheese cream etc.

You can get veggie tortillas/tacos… and describe them what does it means to make it vegan. They will do what you want. Food was tasty but zero protein. Basically just rice and veggies in tortilla. Better than stay hungry 😅

Convenient Food Trick - Edit
Old school bus now food truck. Big menu. Happy to omit cheese and meat. Number 8, Enchiladas Verdes, hit the spot. Just ask for no sour cream.
