Il y a une empañada végétale ("cheeseburger") façon bœuf et fromage. Pas mauvaise, mais trop salée. Très pratique que ça existe dans la gare.

Handy fun food for the train - Edit
Kinda fun that one of the first things you can buy as you enter Barcelona Sants station is "vegan cheeseburger empanada"! The empanadas are not bad at all, and you can have fresh juice and other things. Handy, for sure.

The vegan options at this train station are abysmal compared to the rest of Europe. But this is a little hidden gem. The workers there were so sweet to me and the two vegan empanadas were amazing.

Its not easy to find vegan options in the train station. This bakery got two vegan options, cheeseburger with plant based meat and plant based cheese, and one sweet flavor with banana chocolate.
