The food is pretty tasty and there’s a few options on the new menu but it’s real expensive for what you get. I ordered the vegan chilli stack burger not realising that fries aren’t vegan there so just ended up with a burger and side salad. That’s not much food for £17. It was nice though but yea, I was still hungry! The kids vegan quesadillas seemed better value but the veg looked like it was about 3 days old.

Stopped here because the South American colors and flavourful menu was calling for us 🫠 Had the cauliflower wings and the corn with garlic. Just njammie. Can’t wait to make this at home and spoil my friends.

If you are Vegan, don't waste your time with this place - Edit
After visiting their website and seeing the amazing Vegan menu available, I decided to take my parents and son along for a spot of lunch.
Read moreOn being presented with the menu in the restaurant, I discovered that it was quite a different one from the one that I viewed online. There was very limited Vegan choices which I thought were very overpriced. In fact even the ordinary fries and sweet potatoe fries were not vegan as they reused oil that was previsously used to cook dairy products in.
Our waiter was not rude, when I questioned the vegan menu online, but really could not care less and just brushed off my concerns with the words "that is just our London menu".
I will not be wasting my time here again and would advise any vegans to explore the many more vegan friendly places in Swansea, which provide better service and appreciate their vegan customers.

When I saw the vegan menu I was so excited. However, the taste didn’t quite live up to the description. Also fries are not vegan. The cocktails were absolutely delicious and the staff we great.

excellent experience from the young girl server (who did make us aware that the cassava fries were cooked in the same oil as the cheese fries ), to the really tasty main meal ,we went for moqueca curry ,would highly recommend

Las Iguanas is really good as it has a separate vegan menu which makes the choice easier. The food is great and the staff always nice. I would definitely recommend!
