Good, but not especially vegan friendly

We have eaten here many times over the years. I asked the servers almost every time if the beans and rice had any animal products in them, and was always told they didn’t. During the pandemic I asked again, however, and was told that while the refried beans do not contain lard and are made with vegetable oil, the rice is made with chicken bouillon. I am still unsure on the beans, but am always able to make a tasty taco from the delicious chunky guacamole and pico de gallo. Their salsa is very flavorful, and they have told me the green salsa does not contain dairy (always check for yourself, though). We requested vegetable fajitas a couple of times, but the last time they tasted like fish.
