Vegan and Vegetarian Options

They have a vegetarian section on the menu which if you hold the cheese and sour cream are vegan. I love the chimichanga and I have them add spinach. Next time I’m going to ask them to just make it spinach and mushroom. I asked for red sauce this time and it was too tomato-saucey so next time I’ll try to green sauce. But it’s good. They also have a large assortment of margaritas
I come in and modify the side chimichanga to add spinach and keep the mushrooms and onions and sub green sauce for the cheese sauce. There is a $2 up charge but it’s worth it.
This is consistently the best Mexican restaurant in the area that allows me vegan options
