Delicious French pastries!!! - Edit
This place makes delicious classics like the "Pain au chocolat" which alone makes me wish they had a location in my own city. There were other pastries that my wife and I ate, but I don't know what they were called - just that they were yummmmmmmmmmy! I noticed some quinoa salad but didn't try it. They even have a few shelves to sell things like ParmaVeg.
Pros: pain au chocolat!, non-dairy milks to put in your coffee

Great vegan options - Edit
This is basically one of the very few places where you can get vegan croissants and fresh vegan bagels in Montreal.
The staff is very knowledgeable about which pastries are vegan, and it's always hard to make a choice, because everything looks good.
