When i walked in there were two counter people. I asked if they had any vegan flavors and the one goes, "No not all. We have italian ice." The other politely was like "well yes actually we have about ten vegan ice cream flavors" and named them off. They keep the vegan flavors in a cooler to the side.
The place is cool with lots of character so I went with 4 stars but tbh both flavors of vegan ice cream i got were just mediocre tasting. Still, i'd come back and try other flavors.
Called to see what was available, was particular about previous coconut milk options posted here. Was told they are 'not offering those options at this time.' Saved me a trip 🤷♂️
Go to Paciugo instead.
Grateful for Happy Cow, as the vegan flavors were nowhere to be seen (not in the cases nor on the menu), but when I asked, they consulted a small paper taped to the register area and there were several non-dairy options (caramel pecan, peanut butter fudge, cookies and cream, mint chip). Very pricey for a small cone, but the mint chip was tasty.
there are listed dairy free options on the glass by the counter. they also have listed sugar free options and gelato. excellent coconut ice cream. would highly recommmend.
We enjoyed our visit to this eclectic little ice cream/snack shop. They had 6-7 vegan ice cream flavors from which to choose and the ones we tried were yummy! Cute outdoor seating area.

Definitely needs improvement - Edit
Almost gave me a non vegan cone after I mentioned that I'm vegan, was also very expensive but at least it tasted good.
