Good vegan plate

Been twice with vegetarian friends a few months apart. There is always one vegan plate on the menu. It is nice with a mix of raw and cooked. Portion is ok. It would be nice for the plate to change more often or to have another option like a hot dish. Also a vegan dessert would be appreciated !

Belle assiette vegan

L'assiette vegan proposée par l'Arlequin est superbement présentée, avec un panelle de gout très variés pour une seule et même assiette. Mon seul regret ne pas avoir pu terminer mon repas par un petit dessert vegan, mais cela est courant sur nouméa.
The vegan plate proposed by the Harlequin is superbly presented, with a panel of taste very varied for one and the same plate. My only regret was that I could not finish my meal with a small vegan dessert, but this is common on nouméa.
