Vegetarian restaurant with vegan options. - Edit
The restaurant is vegetarian, with at least two vegan options per course. Season produce is used to create the menus which I understand change often. Food is good, well prepared and presented. I liked everything we got. One of the courses might have been slightly more generous but it was tasty so it's no big deal, I enjoyed it (maybe that's why I wanted a little more). I wish they'd go full vegan and ditch the dairy. They would give more vegan options (and I'd definitely be more inclined to eat there).

Unexpected gem a short drive from the highway - Edit
A daily changing menu with lots of choice for veg and vegan, and using seasonal local vegetables. Informal but relaxing atmosphere, and a fast turnaround. A deservedly popular lunchtime spot for the locals. If you are driving through or past Brescia, pull off the highway and come here for lunch!

The choice is relatively limited regardless, but for a vegan it was restricted to only a few dishes, which were ok. The setting is that of a canteen which in itself it’s not a bad thing, but maybe it’s best if you come here for lunch.

Perfect christmas dinner - Edit
We were visiting the city with my family during Christmas time, and the Arcobaleno happened to be just one street away from us. When we got in, the atmosphere was super nice, cosy and family-like, canteen-style. The staff was kind enough to explain what was on the menu of the day, everything was made from scratch and fresh. We ordered a little bit of everything for Xmas Eve happening that day, and everything was ready within minutes for us to take away and enjoy. Most of the items were super delicious, sometimes maybe lacking some seasoning but generally well prepared and cooked. The desserts were a bit disappointing in my opinion, lacking some textures & taste wise a bit bland.

The food is homemade wholefoods. One of the best vegan places in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. My bf and I ate here everyday for lunch during a recent trip. The vegan items are marked with "veg" on a chalkboard daily. The other items are vegetarian.

I am from a city near Brescia and I went to this restaurant for lunch. Everyday at the lunch time they have a menu of 5-6 different dishes and half of them are vegan, so I could choose some different foods. You can choose if take a single dish or more (I recommend more, because so you can try different dishes).

We were there a month ago and it was awesome! Very kind and helpful waiter. They've got a menu card which he explained to us whats vegan. We were there early in the evening and the locals showed up 1-1,5hours later than we. Reservation is recommended. We ate a 3 course menu for among 15€ per person.
