The worst burger ever

Why can’t I give zero ⭐️?
So I called many hours before a family dinner at the cafe and asked if they could make their vegetarian options vegan. The answer was that it wasn’t a problem, I was welcome.
I order the veggie burger and ask them to make it vegan. No problem, the waiter says.
The food for the rest of my family was delivered and the waiter apologised and said there was a misunderstanding at the kitchen, the burger is delayed.
I get my burger and by the side is a small ball of mayo. I ask if it’s vegan - and it’s not. I get a bottle of ketchup in stead.
The burger consists of two pieces of bread without any dressing, some salad, a beef of falafel and.. that’s it. VERY disappointing. I think this place doesn’t deserve to be on HappyCow!

Pros: Good wine

Cons: Confused and stressed staff , Very warm inside, no air ventilation , Low quality food
