Tried Laphing for the first time and really enjoyed it. Adding wai-wai made it even better – definitely the highlight for me.

Dalai Lama's laphing - Edit
It's funny that just by the wall of the Dalai Lama compound there is someone selling this originally CHINESE item. But history is what it is, and laphing has come to stay in Tibetan's lives. I found it less spicy than usual—one could 'drink' the soup with little effort.
