Highly recommended! My family got me a gift voucher to attend this class a while ago. I am glad that I managed to make a booking after all the covid restrictions. It is totally vegan and even if most students were omni, there was no awkwardness. We have learned so much about Thai food, flavour balance, tastebuds (i won’t forget that!). I cannot believe that I made those dishes by myself! Even making vegan egg was quite unbelievable. We each had our own cooking space, it was quite well organised. We learned a lot and ate a lot.
