Great Veg-Friendly Vietnamese! - Edit
Brown rice is served upon request. The mock duck listed on the menu is Seitan! Hardly anyplace in the region serves this delicacy. Menu has vegetarian section, and according to staff most if not all vegetarian items are vegan. I tried the ginger bean curd w/vegetables (hoisin ginger sauce) and it was fantastic!
Pros: great food, good value, healthy cuisine
Cons: weird hours, closed 2-4:30pm weekdays., Closed Sundays
