good option in the area - Edit
I ate here for the second time today because I happened to be back in my old neighbourhood. There are a handful of vegan friendly places in the area that are worth a visit, although I wouldn’t cross town for them. I enjoyed the Sri Lankan Staple today, which is a great sampler plate of a few of their tastiest dishes, including pumpkin curry, lentils, and spring hoppers. For a late lunch, it really hit the spot! They have a range of take home meals so I grabbed a few for a friend who’s unable to cook at the moment. Very convenient! Staff are relaxed and friendly.

Ok, but not the tastiest SL food - Edit
I’ve been here a couple of times, and I didn’t really love the taste of the food that I had tbh. It was just ok. Being ethnically Sri Lankan, maybe I’m a bit particular in my tastes, I don’t know? The space is lovely though, and the staff are very friendly.
