Awesome - Edit
All vegetarian, primarily Vietnamese. Lots of fake 'meat' (chicken, beef, shrimp, fish, etc) if you're into that. Can be removed if not. Fresh and tasty. Super friendly. Cash only - the owner told me to come back and pay later if I didn't have cash (my coworker did). I'd absolutely go back.

Streetside metered parking. Very simple looking from tbe outside. Inside still simple, but clean and open. Not fancy, but here for the food. Restrooms clean.
Owner / hostess very jovial, good spirited always laughing. She said she doesnt come in every day, so catch her when you can. Nice to see someone who enjoys their "work" and try to make sure everyone is satisfied. The first thing she said when I came in was "you will love my food...if you don't like it...you don't pay for it"! I paid for it =^)
Food very good and fairly priced for portion. Wide variety enough to satisfy anyone.
Cash only operation.
