More than rice and beans - Edit
I wish this spot had longer hours because after grabbing lunch, I immediately wanted to come back for dinner. So nice finding a Mexican spot with vegan choices that consist of more than just rice and beans or tacos without cheese. Two tacos for $9.

Little comic book themed taco shop not far from UAF campus. Got two tacos - one had sauteed zucchini and onions, one had rice and beans. They came with a side of the same rice and beans that were on the taco. Ultimately nothing special but essentially what I'd expect getting Mexican food in Alaska. Just glad there was a vegan option!
