Organic supermarket in the center - Edit
It is definetly not he biggest organic supermarket in Lübeck, Landwege Ziegelstrasse and denns are definetly a lot bigger, but it is well sorted and centrally located with many regional products. They also have a bistro to sit and eat organic cakes or soups from the bakery and bistro desk.
Pros: centrally located, bistro area for sitting
Cons: kind of a hipster place

It is a huge organic market. Maybe it is the biggest organic shop in Lübeck... I think they offer the biggest variety of vegan products.
