Best place to have breakfast - Edit
I am so happy that I found this bakery. Everything is so delicious. The croissants and pains au chocolat are so fluffy and yummy. The coffee is great. Also the chick bun (bun with chicken style salad), caprese sandwich and the onion pastry were delicious. Unfortunately I wasn't able to test the rest. There is such a huge and versatile amount of pastries and snacks. I also saw they had vegan kebab and a long chicken style sandwich. Whenever I have the chance to come back to Paris, I will definitely visit them again.
Read moreI liked that you can sit down and eat there. They have a cozy little area in the back.
There are several other Land&Monkeys locations in Paris. This one was near the Gare Saint Lazare.
Pros: Absolutely great food, Friendly staff, Cozy atmosphere
Cons: There are no locations in Germany😒I'm so sad

Tres bien - Edit

Thank God for Land and Monkeys - Edit
I have now made Land & Monkeys a cornerstone of every visit to Paris. They are consistently perfect in terms of flavor, freshness, selection, service, and ambiance. France can traditionally be frustrating for vegans with so many bakeries with so few vegan options. I am truly grateful that Land & Monkeys has gone above and beyond to create a cafe with so many sweet and savory options. And it’s just amazing that they have so many locations in Paris, you’re never too far from one!

Open again! Was temporarily closed, now isn’t. It’s funny because it looks identical inside. No idea what, if anything, they changed.

I grew up as the daughter of a German master baker. Since turning vegan 9 years ago I’ve really missed certain baked goods.

Amazing - Edit
Delicious! Had the hot dog and the eclair. Took the quiche and some pistachio sweet for takeaway and they were good the next day as well. Spent some time in there to regenerate from the rain. Coffee was really good as well. Atmosphere nice, cozy and quiet

Vegan pâtisserie in Paris < 3 - Edit
Visited March 11th, 2026.
Read moreWe've heard and seen many great things about this place, so it was of course one of the highlights of this trip.
We came in late, we were too busy enjoying the Parisian spring air and sunlight with a cigarette and beers, that we lost track of time.
Because we arrived late, most things were sold out but we still got to try a few goodies and the girl working there was nice enough to let us sit down although she was about to close shop shortly.
Only downside is that they don't have a restroom, which is super inconvenient. I hope they fix that with the current renovation.
C’est ce que nous avions sur l’addition:
- Quiche Lorraine (plant-based ham quiche) 6:50 €
- Tarte fine aux pommes (thin apple tart) 4:50 €
- Pain au chocolate (chocolate croissant) 1:60 €
Lovely, lovely tarte and the pain was also wonderful.
Didn't quite like the ham quiche as much as it was a bit doughy and a bit bland. But overall just as fantastic as we anticipated 😍
Definitely, absolutely recommend 🌿

Takeaway pastry shop - Edit
I spent just one night in Paris and was excited to try something local. That means of course French pastries! This Land&Monkeys location was just on the way from my accommodation to the train station. I was very happy to see 1) that they have space and 2) they have vegan éclairs — something that is so rare elsewhere. I also had a café latte to go with it. The filling of the éclair was decadent and satisfying, but I can’t say the same about the dough around it, which was somewhat chewy and boring. Oh well. Now that I’ve ticked “vegan éclair” off my list, I can come back for something else next time, and hopefully improve my rating. The coffee was really good though! As an unexpected plot twist, they don’t have a bathroom. This makes it really a takeaway place, although they have a nice cozy vibe in the café.

In this new bakery of this franchise, you'll find the same delicious cakes and sandwiches. Not only is this chain entirely plant-based, but it's also delicious.

Loved it and dog friendly and so much choice - Edit
Took my fur babies out for lunch and was my first time at land and monkeys
Read moreI was really impressed by the choice, loved that it’s dog friendly. I opted for so many things that I shared with my friends.. The Mexican sandwich, a chicken and coleslaw sandwich, olive bread, a cheese and ham bread, a bacon and cheese muffin plus the Forester mushroom bagel. And then we went in for desserts! We shared the lemon meringue, chocolate flan and a pistachio cookie. I drank a Chai tea latte which was the best I’ve ever had and I forgot to say, I also had a quiche Lorraine which was excellent and the first time I’ve had a quiche since being vegan for 10 years so really enjoyed it.
Think this is an absolute must for any Vegan coming to Paris, it’s a chain and they have over six branches in France now. We loved every bite, even my herd to please meat eating Parisian mother-in-law enjoyed it. !!
Pros: Dog friendly , So much choice and very tasty , Even my mother in law loved it!

Excellent food, fully vegan space - Edit
I came here on my trip to Paris, this place has such a huge variety of vegan food, and everything I had tasted really nice. I will be returning here, especially as the staff were lovely. Beautiful space, quite cheap, and it's always nice to find a fully vegan space, especially in Paris. I'm very impressed!!
