Decent Mex - Edit
Decent Mexican food with a few vegetarian options. They will withhold cheese and sour cream for vegans. On a nice day the patio is pleasant. Some but not all tables have umbrellas. Friendly wait staff. Not the finest Mexican food but acceptable.

Vegan options but bad Mexican food - Edit
The staff is very friendly and does offer vegan options. Be aware, though, that the "Mexican" food is a bland, highly Americanized, & oily version. If we ever travel through that area again we will be trying other restaurants with vegan options and won't be returning to Lalo's. Vegan options at Taco Bell or similar places would be a tastier and less expensive choice.

Cons: Very bland un-Mexican food, Very oily & unhealthy, Not inexpensive

Tasty, vegan-friendly Mexican restaurant - Edit
Lalo's Mexican restaurant in Mount Shasta was very vegan friendly. Vegan refried pinto or whole black beans, rice, guacamole, and vegetable dishes (make sure to omit cheese and sour cream). Good service and delicious food!

Cons: Serves meat
