Amazing food - Edit

This is a small, mostly raw vegan cafe in Rocca di Papa. The staff is really helpful and sweet. The prices are definitely fair, and all the food is amazing!! We tried raw spaghetti, autumn rolls, sushi, a sandwich and a raw brownie. Everything was just fantastic, and we plan to go back as soon as possible. The only downside is that they're only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, but that just means you have your weekend outings all planned out for you already!

Pros: excellent food, helpful staff, fair prices

Small Place, Big Surprise - Edit

Innovative kitchen with most raw vegan dishes, including deserts. Azzurra si very friendly and very good chef. It's noce to see her preparing the food for you. I've tried delicious "autumn rolls" and spaghetti made with zucchini, originals and very tasty. Must try it when visiting Rome and "i castelli": nice towns placed in the hills around Rome .

Pros: Original Dishes, Quality Food, Friendly Staff

Cons: Very Little Place, Not So Many Choice

The best in Rome! - Edit

L'albero di carote is a small vegan raw restaurant in Rocca di Papa, outside Rome. The food is awesome and always fresh made, and the high quality ingredients make a perfect match with creative choices of recipes. Every day has a different menù, based on which ingredients they bought in the same day, and you can see through a glass wall Azzurra, the cook, preparing it with love and total devotion to what she's doing. The place is very beautiful and well decorated, and it's designed in a way which helps socialization, so it's easy to enjoy a nice talk with the good people who go there every day. Last but not least, just outside the restaurant you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Rome from the hill were Rocca di Papa is!

Pros: Food quality, People, Place
