Authentically Scottish homemade treats

I would give this cafe a 5-star rating, but this app only accepts fully vegan eateries as being 5-star.

Helpful but long way to go

A great selection of cakes and some tasty meals for non-vegans, all made on the premises. Although there are no vegan options on the menu, the staff were very helpful and offered me a toasty or baked potato with vegan cheese. I opted for the toasty including some onion marmalade and salad. They also had 3 choices of vegan biscuit.

Pros: A fallback vegan option was available, Staff friendly and made an effort to please, Very reasonably priced

Cons: Not really up to speed with vegan options, Only worth going if visiting the amazing castle.
