Laiminga Diena are laying the stepping stones for Siauliai veg-life! They're not advertising anywhere as veg restaurant, which makes you want to ask if the food is vegetarian. Yes it is! If veg is future, why should we mark veg places? It should become common sense.
Might be difficult to find vegan versions in the beginning because Lithuanians just love butter and sour-cream, but that's a start non the less. Good prices for travellers and students. Veg versions of popular Lithuanian dishes. One tiny problem - the tastebuds of Lithuanians who can't yet handle spicy dishes. You can try asking for extra spices.
