I saw the “vegetarian food” sign and couldn’t resist to take a closer look. The owner immediately greeted me friendly, gave me an English menu and explained basically every dish to me. The dumplings/ noodles are made fresh daily with some seasonal fillings.

Good food and nice staff! - Edit
The dumplings are really really good! We owner came to us and explained what sorts they have in their offer and recommended that we could take a sample of all flavors. Best decision and the different sorts are perfectly distinguishable as they all have a different color.

Best dumplings EVER - Edit
These are the absolute best dumplings I’ve ever had! I got the spicy - mixed dumplings so that I can taste all the interesting flavors. The owner kindly explains the menu in English and the staff prepares the dumplings inside and cooks them out front. Really cool!

Loved it! - Edit
The dumplings are so pretty and tasty too! The braised meat on rice is also really flavorful. You can also add a side dish (like a variety of tofu or pickles) to the meal. A really fresh and affordable meal.

Dumplings are fresh, bok choy and radish were my favourites. The owner is chatty and can explain the menu to you with recommendations. Condiments and cutlery at the front, can adjust to your taste easily. Enough seating inside, each time I visited it wasn't too busy.

Delicious homemade noodles and dumplings - Edit
We loved the food here, both the noodles and the dumpling dishes were fresh and delicious. You could see the staff making the noodles from scratch and the texture was just perfect ("al dente"). The dumplings come in 6 different flavours (and colours) and you can try them all (we ordered the assorted dumpling soup). The spicy sesame and soy paste noodles were great too.

Homemade, fresh and delicious - Edit
I came here after spending the afternoon hiking, so was very hungry. I had two of each type of dumpling (just one at first, but I went back for more!) and the noodles with spicy sauce, soybean paste and sesame sauce. Very tasty food and friendly service.
Read moreThe dumplings look lovely, each type being a different colour. They tasted great and very fresh. The dough of the dumplings and noodles felt quite substantial, which made for a very filling and satisfying meal. The sauce with the noodles was rich and very tasty.

The lady at the restaurant spoke great English and was so friendly. She explained the whole menu to me. I had a mix of x6 dumplings which were gorgeous and colourful, as well as the soybean and sesame paste noodles. I tried to tip because it was so good but she didn’t accept! Highly recommend 11/10

Okay dumplings but not great. Dough is pretty thick and fillings could be more flavorful. Some of the weakest dumplings I’ve had in Taipei actually.

This is one of those places where you can tell they're passionate about making good food. The owner speaks English and she took the time to explain everything on the menu to me and make recommendations. She said they use all natural ingredients and make their own food colorings from vegetables.

Excellent dumplings and noodles - Edit
All-vegan restaurant with delicious handmade dumplings and tasty noodles. I had a bowl of ten dumplings and some spicy noodles, which were fantastic and stunningly inexpensive. The noodles came in a rainbow of colors which each had a somewhat different flavour. The noodles had a rich and spicy sauce. And it was all very filling. I felt a bit like a stuffed dumpling myself when I finally stumbled out onto the street.
Read moreWhen I went, nobody there spoke English, but I managed fine. Seems to be a family run place and has absolutely nothing going on in terms of atmosphere; it's fairly dark and cluttered, and on my visit the grandma running the place was seated in the dining area with two kids watching Japanese variety shows on full blast. But don't let that deter you. This place is very much worth the visit.

All handmade, top quality - Edit
This place is such a treasure! It looks unassuming, unpretentious, but the food is second to none, as is the hospitality.
Read moreThe eatery seems to be operated by a family, and the lady who spoke to us was fluent in English, and took the time to explain their menu and offerings. They specialise in noodles and dumplings, all made by hand. She gave us recommendations, walked us through spicy-ness levels, what the skin of each dumpling was made from (all natural and no colouring, and they each bring a different tone to the plate), and we were so impressed that after starting with a noodle portion and 10 dumplings to share, we doubled it! We were two people by the way.
Every texture is perfect. The noodles are cooked al dente and have a good bite, with sauces and vegetable julienned to create the ideal mouthfeel. The dumplings are rich and plump, and my favourite was the bok choy, fresh and slightly peppery.
We’ll definitely come back. And we still have to take pics - we were so taken by the food that just had to dig in and forgot!
Pros: All vegan, Fluent English, All delicious, recommend noodles and dumplings
Cons: Looks unassuming, dark
