This a must when you are in the New Paltz area! We had their pretzel croissant, an apple danish, the pumpkin chai, an oatmilk cappuccino, and some chocolates. It was all delicious! Very cute shop with some indoor and outdoor seating.

A box from Lagusta's landed on my doorstep in February and I went to pieces. Absolutely unreal. Every bite is an experience to be savored. My girlfriend and I then googled New Paltz and, finding it to be a cute town in a gorgeous area with plenty of vegan things to eat, arranged to spend a long weekend there for my birthday, which involved stocking up at the Lagusta's HQ. Charming shop with wonderful staff. And, in case I haven't said it enough, their chocolates are absolutely heavenly.

Expect mind-blowing flavors like cherry almond black pepper, pear & white wine, grapefruit lime, violet caramel and more. They have anatomical hearts, chocolate skulls, even vulvas!! (Some of it may not be for the faint of heart lol). All their packaging material is eco-friendly.
Absolutely love to support this 100% vegan, ethical, woman-owned artisanal confectioner. Definitely won’t be my last purchase! #Veganuary

Lagusta's Luscious is staffed by kind caring people who are respected by their 'boss', Lagusta. I love knowing I support such a business who are paid well and prepare ethical chocolates!! During summer there's a freezer full of ice cream sandwiches, bars and little ice cream cups usually 2-4 flavors! All the way love this place

All I wanted for Valentine’s Day was a box of classic, filled chocolates, which I haven’t had since my pre-vegan days. My partner pulled through with Lagusta’s Luscious. She took me in person to pick out the chocolates I wanted and I was floored by the selection.

How is that possible?

So many wonderfully creative and delicious sweets, and how amazing that they're all completely vegan! I got a bowl of ice cream which was called "Earl Grey with Orange" or something like that and it was seriously amazing. I also took home a couple of lavender macaroons and some of their chocolates. Everything was so, so good! Expensive, but worth it.

the reason for moving to new paltz - Edit
My girlfriend and I ate here a few nights back on our way home from vacation. We haven't stopped talking about how wonderfully delicious the food, the coffee, and the treats were at Lagusta's. absolutely love this experience and cant wait to get back there. my Girl-friend Katarina and i have sense decided that we will live in New Paltz for a year to be closer the this here restaurant. thank you so much for this experience.
