No longer vegan options - Edit
Vegan chorizo is gone. Additionally, their veggie tacos are made with butter, so not vegan. At least I could get chips and dips and sub refried beans for black beans to keep vegan? Nope. As of today, their veggie tacos black beans are made with animal fat. I will only feel safe getting drinks from here going forward.

Good vegetarian options - Edit
Veggie tacos and mushroom tacos are smothered in butter so not vegan but tasty.

Moved & dropped vegan option - Edit
They moved from LynLake to St Louis Park and dropped their one vegan option during the move. Their veggie can be made vegan… but only by omission at no discount (of course)

lost the vegan chorizo in the move :( - Edit
when Lago was in Uptown it’d be one of my favorite places to go, but with the move to SLP they took away the vegan chorizo and now don’t have much for vegan options. now just a veggie taco (have to remove queso/avocado cream)
Read morethey have good salsa and guacamole, but i can’t see myself coming back after changing the menu.

Same here! I was excited to see Lagos move to SLP because I can walk there from my home but I was absolutely devastated they didn’t bring their vegan option with.

Not much here - Edit
There really isn't a whole lot here for vegans. Vegan chorizo went away when they moved from Lyn Lake to SLP. They do have a veggie taco, but you'll have to remove a couple of things as it's one of those Mexican restaurants that adds a dairy condiment or two onto everything (and it's still built into the price even if removed).

Great Mexican Option! - Edit
Really hits the spot if you’re craving Mexican American food. Having a vegan meat option is really nice and I hope they expand the menu and add vegan cheese and sour cream in the future! Everything is clearly labeled and the staff is attentive to accommodations.

Cons: No sour cream or cheese
