So close to the real thing! The New Real - Edit
Recently, I experienced this WONDERFUL catering service at VegFest Jr., here in Charlotte, North Carolina. I had their street tacos and nachos. They are phenomenal, and their cuisine is so close to tasting like the real thing, I'm going to declare their version of Mexican food as the new real thing. All of everything they make is wonderfully Vegan but tastes like it's not. I love it!
