-eidleweiss curry bowl - pretty good 6/10, most of the veggies were uncooked and crunchy, only the squash/zucchini was cooked okay.
Love the groceries selection at this little place too. Would be great to see even more vegan options on the menu in the future!

Vegan friendly cafe and market - Edit
I love stopping at Liconia for the great food before or after hiking and skiing at Snoqualmie Pass. Starting the day with a Lost and Found Vegan Burrito is as much incentive to get an early start as getting a good parking space at Silver Fir. A Windy Pass Veggie sandwich packs well for a snowshoe hike (eating in-house or takeout, I prefer it not toasted). Both the Edelweiss Curry Bowl and Stokes Fusion Bowl are tasty, made vegan by eliminating the fried egg or cheese and choosing tofu. I liked the kimchi on the Stokes.
