Lunch

Lac Thien had the best atmosphere! I ordered noodles with tofu and vegetables and the restaurant had a whole page of vegetarian options. The owner was very nice.

Small serving sizes

Probably one of the only not all-veg places we ate at in Vietnam, mainly due to limited options that side of the citadel. There is a clear vegetarian menu page though and it was easy to find something. The serving sizes were a bit small. Nothing particularly remarkable but good if you need food before or after the citadel.

Unique spin on Vietnam classics

I had tofu and veggies with white rice. It was so delicious for something so basic. Our local guide brought us here because he knew we are mostly
Vegan. Nice spot in a popular area

Pros: Best tofu I’ve had in Hue , Vegetables are seasoned very well, Unique spring rolls

Cons: Only a few different varieties of vegetable dims
