Surprised to find several vegan options

After a long hike up the mountain, I was pleasantly surprised to find a vegan soup, waffles with plant-based cream, some snacks and plant-based milk at this lovely mountain station! Not clear on the menu what was vegan but staff were very nice and helpful. Had a waffle and it was very good!

Pros: More vegan options than you would expect , Nice staff, Beautiful location

Cons: Vegan options were not clearly marked on menu
