A little disappointing - Edit
I think this is some kind of a side brand of the Zem Vegan Bistrot of Bologna. They open a fully vegan food stand in the Mercato Ritrovato (right in the courtyard of Cinema Lumiere) every Saturday morning. They have a wide variety of options, and they also sell their own packaged products such as sausages, tortellinis, burgers, etc. It is great to have this fully vegan stand in this lovely market but I can't say that I enjoyed the food. I tried their fried tortellini and 9.50 euros for such a tiny dry snack is way too much, sorry.

Pleasantly surprised to find a 100% vegan market stall in Bologna selling hot dogs, burgers, falafel etc, along with seitan vegan mheats to take away! ❤️ Had a delicious, slightly spicy seitan hot dog with chips and vegan mayo.
