Best vegan options in town - Edit
While they don't have many vegan dishes, the ones they do have are all really good. The mushroom stew is on the salty side but very flavorful and delicious, as is the pickled eggplant that comes over a fried potato cake. You can get the green salad with pears (frescura) without cheese, and the garbanzo ceviche is vegan upon request. La Quinta is a vegan gluten free crispy crepe like thing filled with chickpeas and vegetables that's pretty tasty. Staff are also extremely friendly and attentive here.

Best meal in Punta Arenas just not super filling - Edit
The menu is different than what is on the website. We had the ceviche, mushroom chupe and strawberry basil potage. All were very good! I was still a little hungry afterwards but could just be from our busy day. They have a wonderful spot overlooking the ocean and downtown Punta Arenas. Highly recommend planning ahead and getting reservations, especially at night.

Tasty vegetarian and vegan options - Edit
I had a vegan chickpea ceviche as a starter and a vegetarian stuffed chili as a main course. I thought both of these were tasty. They had several other vegan and vegetarian starters and entrees so I think I will check it out again.
