Being able to improvise is not good enough - Edit
Four stars is the best possible rating for a restaurant with meat. This place which has zero vegan options on the menu does not earn that, even if they can improvise something (hopefully correctly - do they really know the vegan status of all their ingredients?)

Nice atmosphere, accomodating towards vegans - Edit
Even though there was no vegan option on the menu, waiter was happy to offer a vegan dish without hesitation (Pasta with artichoke and truffels). Even though it is more of a business lunch spot, the amosphere is really chill. The restaurant is beautifully situated at the brink of a forest.
