Health food store carries some vegan items including yogurt, tofu, and chocolate. Open Mon 10:00am-1:00pm, Mon-Sat 2:30pm-7:00pm, Tue-Sat 9:30am-1:00pm. Opens at 9:15am Tue-Sat and closes at 7:15pm Mon-Sat.

Vegan items - Edit
I found this town was a difficult to find vegan items. At this store I found vegan chocolate, vegan yoghurt, tofu, and hummus. They also have dried goods, personal care items and some veg and fruits. The large Carrefour supermarket in town also has some vegan items (ie ravioli, snacks) but no tofu. This is the only store in town I found tofu.
Pros: Has tofu, Vegan yoghurt
Cons: Small vegan selection
