Surprising Delicious - Edit
This is a small little restaurant just outside of the downtown area of Beaverton. While I am traveling I am trying to go to places that are unique to the area and not a chain restaurant I can get back home. I am very happy with my decision to go to La Vida Veggie! I had the vegan enchiladas with walnut meat. I have not had walnut meat prior to this meal and I would gladly get it again. There is a walnut taste to it (hello it's made of walnuts!) but it is hearty and filling. I think it add a new layer to a traditional dish. Their homemade enchilada sauce was Devine! The cilantro sauce had an odd taste that didn't fully agree with me but wasn't bad while eaten with the enchilada as a whole. Their homemade pico de galo was good as well. I also got a fresh turmeric juice that was tasty and served in a mason jar which I love! I decided to get one of their special blends of tea to go and since it was the evening I did go for the decaf coconut chai with a splash of coconut creamer... Yum!
I would recommend this place if you are in the Beaverton area!
Pros: local eats, healthy homemade foods, outdoor seating and local artist displayed each mo
Cons: not sure if it is vegan only

Not 100% Vegan - Edit
I am so bummed, I heard this place was 100% vegan, but it is not (100% vegetarian). I hope they update their menu and become fully vegan, if so I would eat there 3x a week- food looks great!

Finally got here and can't wait to go again! - Edit
This little restaurant is situated just south of downtown Beaverton, right near a school. Parking is easy. They have seating for about 20 inside and a large lawn with tables and chairs outside. [I mention the school because they have student lunch specials for only $5!]
I was hesitant to go here, because I thought it was all-raw and I *always* get horribly sick after eating high-fat raw. This place is *not* all-raw. Yes, they have lots of juices and smoothies and raw items, but plenty more, too. We had tacos, tamales, sandwiches, and a raw pasta. All were fabulous! The service was great, too, and their prices are fair. Tuesday is tamale day, and I was told that the flavor is different each week, but they are always 100% vegan.
The restaurant is not 100% vegan, but I was assured that anything could be ordered vegan (they have dairy-cheese). They have desserts, too, but we didn't try those. Everything was made efficiently and with care. We were very happy and will definitely go back again.
Pros: Comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, Good variety of choices, Tamale Tuesday
Cons: Not 100% vegan

Great addition - Edit
Great food, and you can tell the people behind it care a lot about quality. 3 taco plate was excellent, nice low-key atmosphere.

creative food - Edit
We had one of the specials- portobello cactus tacos with cashew cheese sauce and guacamole it also came with a salad . Even though the listing says vegan they do have dairy cheese and deserts. Otherwise they are vegan.
Pros: specials and regular menu makes it many options.
Cons: not really vegan

Refreshing, Wholesome Cuisine - Edit
I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch today at this highly recommended vegetarian restaurant, which is a new addition to the dining scene in Beaverton. The walnut meat (veggie meat)tacos were quite tasty, as was the accompanying salad. I will likely return to try their BLT, which can be made vegan with vegan cheese. I think my meal today was also vegan. This establishment is a welcome opportunity for vegans and vegetarians in the west of Portland to enjoy some refreshing and wholesome plant-based cuisine.
Pros: Well prepared vegan.vegetarian dishes, Amiable staff, Clean, pleasant dining room
